Site Selection Due Dilligence

Due Diligence is a critical aspect in wireless facility site search and site selection. The value in researching, understanding, comparing factors regarding alternate candidate properties extends well beyond site availability and RF acceptance to the mapping of local zoning districts, identification of environmental considerations, site constructability, title status, space rights details, and project team perspective. No aspect of wireless facility development has changed more in the past 15 years than environmental compliance. Asking right questions is paramount throughout the early stages of site selection and the search for relevant data must be a continuing effort to insure the risk in becoming vested in a site is minimized.

Site Selection services include evaluation of the search area assignment through zoning code and land ownership investigation, site search, site identification, interviews of prospective property owners, submission of latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates to RF for prospective sites and compilation of due diligence findings into, first, a search area report (SAR) and, then, a detailed (selected) site candidate Information package.
