THIS POLE ATTACHMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 21,
2016, is entered into by and between PACIFICORP, an Oregon Corporation, doing
business in Utah as ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER, hereinafter “Rocky Mountain Power,”
and Crown Castle NG West, LLC “Licensee”, a New Jersey limited liability company.
