The ACLU recently issued a report titled: “The Public Internet Option How Local Governments Can Provide Network Neutrality, Privacy, and Access for All”. Their premise being that “The internet has become a necessity, like traditional utilities such as water and power”. I believe this premise can be spun in more than one direction. What’s your spin?
