One purpose of this website to educate and train, to supplement learning through coaching, mentoring, and research for entry-level personnel to project management level personnel in the discipline of wireless facility/infrastructure site development and deployment projects.

Firmly Anchored in Midair(sm) Wireless Site Acquisition and Permitting online training is designed to enable the participant to demonstrate & achieve competence for job assignments in each of seven progressively intensive roles of wireless site development. This training is conducted in two parts, called divisions: an introduction to site acquisition leading to site selection and the site development process leading to real estate entitlements’ completion when sites are ready for construction, implementation, and/or installation.
